International Conference on Higher Education Marketing - 29th - 31st March 2010
The University of Southampton is delighted to host the International Conference on Higher Education Marketing at Southampton Solent University Conference Centre. Please find below details of the venue and the conference programme including a link to the booking form to register your place.
'Marketing Higher Education in a period of uncertainty'
The world is going through a period of uncertainty following the global financial crises that have affected all areas of human endeavour including HE. Many world governments envisage cuts in HE expenditure in the next few years. Should HE be gearing itself for new ways of working in financially depressed economic environments? Do we need new understandings of how students make participation decisions in periods of economic difficulty? How should universities brand themselves in this period of change? These are some of the broad questions which participants will be addressing at the conference.
